If you live in Westfalls Village, Otis Newman has "stopped by your house". Oh, it may have been 75 years ago as a boy riding his mule, or 50 years ago planting or picking cotton, (when cotton was king!) but he has certainly been by. WFV lost Mr. Newman Friday (3/12/04) and for those who spent time hearing about the 'old days', we lost a part of history. You are loved and missed by many Otis and we long to hear;
